Each of the 22 modern, low-rise buildings houses 3 or 4 fully equipped apartments, with a kitchenette and terrace or balcony, as well as huge windows that allow you to enjoy the view of the surrounding nature at any time of the year. The buildings have been situated to provide residents with a sense of privacy and an intimate atmosphere while relaxing by the sea. The diverse offer allows for flexible planning of your perfect vacation.

The offer includes apartments of varying sizes, tailored to the needs of our Guests:

  • Cozy, functional Chillout type apartments with an area of approximately 40 m2, with a living room and bedroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a spacious terrace.
  • Duplex Comfort type apartments, with an area of approximately 85 m2, ideal for families with children, have two bedrooms and two bathrooms (including one with a bathtub) and a balcony. Each apartment also has a well-equipped kitchenette. The stairs leading to the upper floor are equipped with a safety gate for children.
  • Three-level Premium apartments, with an area of approximately 125 m2, are the most comfortable apartments offered at Rosevia Resort & SPA. The ground floor features a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and access to the terrace. The first floor has two bedrooms (including one with a balcony) and a bathroom, while the third level consists of the last bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.
